研究领域

        细胞和微环境相互作用对于细胞行为的调控起重要作用。整合素介导的细胞粘附,迁移和信号传导对于器官发育及各种病理过程至关重要。我们实验室主要研究整合素信号(特别是,PINCH-ILK-Parvin和Kindlin-Migfilin-Filamin等多个蛋白复合物)传导的分子机制及其在器官发育和各种疾病的发生发展中的作用,并揭示这些蛋白复合物在介导整合素信号传导、干细胞的自我更新与分化以及常见疾病肿瘤(特别是小细胞肺癌)的发生发展中起关键作用,这些蛋白复合物有望成为干预治疗肿瘤的重要靶体。
