个人简介
        胡宇慧博士长期从事功能基因组和化学生物学领域的研究,在中药研究方面也富有经验。近几年致力于利用系统生物学手段(功能基因组,代谢组和蛋白组学)对中药天然化合物开展分子机制研究和新药研发。目前已建立了全球首个以转录组数据为基础,以中药化合物为中心,连接现代合成药物,疾病状态,和分子信号通路的多网络分析平台。该平台不仅用于所试化合物的功能预测,也能对其分子作用靶点,信号通路和机制进行有效的系统分析。所获研究成果包括对多种人参皂苷对全基因组表达调控的异同及其作用机理的首次报到。新药研发方面,目前已发现一系列作用机理特殊,具高效抗癌和神经保护的天然化合物,在未来将结合临床精准医学的研究手段完成特殊肿瘤人群的靶向治疗。

 

研究领域
1.基于功能基因组,特别是结合高通量测序、单细胞测序技术的药物/中药功能和分子机制研究。
2.基于新作用机理的化合物临床前新药研发。
3.结合组学,化学生物学的细胞生物学研究。尤以化合物诱导的细胞焦亡、线粒体功能异常、DNA损伤和修复,及其在表观遗传学的改变为主要研究方向。
4.基于精准医疗的肿瘤基因组学和化学基因组学,致力于癌症的早期检测和分类靶向治疗。
