个人简介

        吴传跃教授作为一国际知名细胞生物学家, 在生物信息传导,细胞黏附,细胞外基质的形成和调控方面做了很多开创性工作,其研究成果是人类对于细胞黏附和细胞外基质形成机制了解的里程碑之一,开创了一个由细胞表面受体控制细胞外基质形成学说。近年来的研究已证实这个学说对于各种细胞外基质形成和信息传导具有指导意义,对肿瘤细胞的黏附与转移有重要意 义。该系列研究成果在《细胞》、《细胞生物学杂志》、《分子细胞》、《自然结构生物学》等国际一流学术刊物上发表,对这一领域的研究产生了深远的影响。作为在这一领域中具有国际影响的领军科学家,吴传跃教授多次应邀在重要国际学术会议(包括高登研究会议)上作大会报告或主持专题讨论,并被邀请在《细胞生物学杂志》,《Current Opinion in Cell Biology, Trends in Cell Biology, EMBO Reports》等主要国际学术刊物发表综述文章以及担任多个国际学术杂志的编委和美国国立卫生研究院,美国癌症研究协会科学研究基金,加拿大癌症研究协会科学研究基金,英国Wellcome 基金等机构的评委和中国国家自然科学基金重点项目二审专家(医学科学部)。
